Almost everyone visiting your site arrives on a phone, with a specific question, in under a minute of patience. They want to know what you do, whether you cover their area, roughly what it costs, whether you seem trustworthy, and how to reach you. A site that answers those five things quickly outperforms a far prettier one that makes people hunt.
So we design around the decision, not the decoration. That means the phone number is visible without scrolling, the pages load fast on a bad connection, the contact form asks for as little as possible, and every page has an obvious next step. Good design here is mostly the discipline of removing things that get in the way.
Not a desktop layout squeezed down afterwards. The phone version is the real version, because that’s where nearly all your customers are.
Compressed images, minimal scripts, no bloated page builder loading half a megabyte before a word appears. Speed is a feature your customers feel.
Copy is most of what a website is. We write it rather than handing you a beautiful shell with “lorem ipsum” where your argument should be.
Forms that work, land where you’ll see them, and confirm to the visitor that they went through. Plus tracking, so you know which page produced the enquiry.
Correct page structure, titles, descriptions, sitemap and Search Console from day one — rather than rebuilding for search six months later.
A properly built bilingual site, not a translate widget bolted on. If half your customers think in Spanish, half your site should too.
You don’t always need more visitors. Turning a larger share of the ones you already get into calls is usually cheaper and faster.
Looking outdated or broken makes people wonder what else is neglected. Fair or not, that judgement happens in about three seconds.
Ads and SEO both send traffic to this page. When it converts better, everything you spend upstream returns more.
Your domain, your hosting, your files, in your name. You can take it elsewhere whenever you want and you won’t be renting your own website.
A focused site for a local business is usually three to six weeks from start to live, and most of that waiting is on content — photos, prices, the details only you can supply. Bigger builds take longer. The fastest projects are always the ones where the business has their photos and information ready on day one.
You do, completely. Domain, hosting and files in your name, and you can move it to another provider or another agency whenever you like. We don’t build sites you have to keep paying us to keep.
Often, yes, and it’s usually cheaper. If the foundation is sound we’d rather improve what you have than sell you a rebuild you don’t need. We’ll say honestly which one your site needs.
Hosting and your domain, both paid by you directly to the provider, both modest. We’ll tell you what to expect before you commit and we don’t take a margin on either.
